LESLIE BLACKSON

Leslie Ann Blackson discovered her creativity and continued passion for working with glass and precious metal clay (i.e., handmade fine silver jewelry) after receiving lots of accolades from her family and friends. She developed her initial interest in fusing glass and working with precious metal clay after taking classes at the Art Guild of Dallas. What started out as a hobby is a creative inspiration in her life.

She is known for her adventuresome style. Her fascination with color combinations in her work adds to her distinct modern style.

She prides herself for being “a work in progress” as a student of glass art and precious metal clay. She enjoys being inspired by the other veteran artists with La Hoya Glass Studio, a co-op concept which is a wonderful environment full of positive energy. Her work can be found on display at La Hoya Glass Artists.
