La Hoya is the studio home to 15 independent glass artists. Within our 2,300 square foot studio, each of us is free to explore the medium of warm glass. La Hoya includes a gallery, workshop, and hot room. We welcome your visit to our studio for a special event or by appointment.

la hoya to conduct program for RISD art teachers

La Hoya is proud to have been asked by Richardson Independent School district to conduct a creative staff development program for their art teachers. During this speacial program, we will teach the concepts of kiln formed glass to elementary, junior high, and high school teachers so they can introduce the medium of glass in their classrooms.
